Since its formation as a Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2010, FF FinanzRecht® has advised national and international private and corporate clients, with a particular focus on advising members of governing bodies — that is, management board members and supervisory board members of financial services undertakings.
We advise on questions of sanctions law arising in banking and capital markets matters under U.S., EU and further national provisions, to the extent permitted by the applicable international sanctions requirements.
In light of the sanctions regimes now in force, solutions are best sought out of court. This does, however, require a thorough preliminary assessment. We will work with you to develop a proposed solution.
In doing so, we also draw on a network of arbitrators and of individuals with international experience from the leading arbitral institutions. Dr Froehlich is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
